Etheric body is a clean, minimal as well as luxurious essential oils business. The client wanted to make sure that these buzz words came across in their branding. So to begin with I took the words and ideas the client had and went to do some research into other companies that were achieving the same feel and look. This then led me to understand the consumer better and what they would visually need to buy into to trust the brand.
For the logo I decided to design the typeface to really make it feel elite and original. Adding the few accents like the curved line in “H” made the logo come across as unique while still being minimal and clean. I also added more space between the lettering which created a more luxurious feel and added breathing room which played into the fact the business sells essential oils. I followed this idea with the heading and body text as it added to this relaxed feeling. For the colour palette, I kept it very simple by just having white, black and one statement colour which is a muted green. This muted green gives off the natural earthy vibe which comes from the product itself.
For the packaging I wanted to again keep it very clean and organic which added to the lavish experience. The logo was used as the packaging pattern as it is the main foundation of the brand, this again helps the consumer really trust the brand. It is also a clean way of making patterns.
The imagery of the brand was also kept very minimal and always had neutral backgrounds which highlighted the product making it feel elite. As well as this we also used clean close up skin pictures as this connected with the product itself.
